Welcome to Meet Magento Fall – Part 1.

This October is bringing six Meet Magento events in a row to our Magento Community. Let’s start with the first three of them. New York, Athens and Ho Chi Minh, different parts of the World, different cultures and lifestyles, but still they all have one important thing in common – Magento passioned communities. And if you are a part of them, then you should definitely spare some days in October for our stunning events.

And we will go one by one.

Organized by Atwix and Interactiv4, Meet Magento New York, will open our October series on the 5th of October. For MM16NY was chosen a very elegant and extraordinary venue – City Winery New York. With its unique, intimate atmosphere, so you can enjoy the networking with your Magento Pals having a perfect glass of wine.

Meet Magento New York is always been a business oriented event and the agenda is promised to be full of useful and valuable topics. You can expect to hear from Ignacio Riesco, Interactiv4, and Viacheslav Kravchuk, Atwix,  who will open the conference. Paul Boisvert, Vice President of Product Management – Magento, Ryan Thompson, Head of Sales & Marketing and Business Development – TaxJar, Colin Stuart Co-Founder & CTO – Betabrand, those only few business leaders who will have their talk at the MM16NY stage.

There are two kind of available tickets, which you still can buy: General Ticket for $299.00 and Merchant Ticket for $129.00. Both tickets include full access to the venue, presentations and marketplace during the event, breakfast, lunch, wine tasting and of course networking dinner and after-party.

On the 12th of October Athens will open its doors for the second Meet Magento Greece. Our local organizer, Converge SA, Magento Professional Solutions Partner, has attracted best speakers, business leaders, merchants and, of course, Magento developers, so you can get all the necessary information about latest trends in eCommerce.

Just check the Agenda – Thomas Goletz and Sofoklis Kyriazakos from Meet Magento Association, Vincent Brach & Kathleen Claes from Magento Commerce, Tomasz Karwatka, CEO of Divante, they all will share with you their knowledge and experience. Ben Marks, Magento Evangelist, will talk about  “How & When it is feasible to upgrade your e-shop to Magento 2.0”.

Venue for MM16GR is the same, as last year –  Radisson Blu Park Hotel. Perfectly situated in the city center, which give you a simple access to places like Acropolis, Plaka, Monastiraki, as well as to the major attractions of the city. After a huge success in 2015, Meet Magento Vietnam is taking place second time in Ho Chi Minh City. Over that 1000 attendees and 300 retailers will gather on 15th of October for MM16VN. SmartOSC, our local organizer, did their best to made this event even better, than last year. Is it possible? 

Sure. You will be impressed with the speaker list, business leaders and technical gurus from all over the World will come to Ho Chi Minh to have their talk. The Agenda is divided into 3 sessions rooms: Opening Room, Technical and Business rooms. You will able to hear about  e-commerce trends in general and the Magento ecosystem in particular.
